How to use the DirectSmile Support Portal?


To log-in to the online Support Portal you only need the System ID of your DirectSmile Software. You can easily find it by clicking "About DirectSmile Generator" in the "Help" section of the Start Menu.

Create new request

After entering, you are ready to create a new request. Your support form is already filled in but you may add changes. Also, you can include additional e-mails addresses, if you want us to send all information to your colleagues as well.

Send query, add images, documents

Write us your message, describe you task or problem. You can add more files such as screen captures or whatever may help to explain your question further. After sending your message you will be immediately informed by e-mail that we have received your request.

Get in touch, stay in touch

At this point, the DirectSmile Support Team starts working! One of our Support Engineers will respond at short notice. You can then use the Support Portal for answers, further inquiries, additional questions and directly exchange messages with your support contact at DirectSmile.
